It is very Handy and useful

I love a lot that the APP does to make things Clear and Simple for investors you maybe showing properties to. However, it is a pain that you cannot sync with other devices and that you have to buy each APP for each device separately. There are also a few things that I would like to see it do to make it a more sophisticated tool. If it could sync I would give it 5 Stars and the extra sophisticated stuff would be a great bonus. On the whole it is a very good app and I use it often. 1 suggestion might be to have it import and export data (i.e. Import a Rent Roll from Excel to save having to enter all the information manually and also perhaps the ability to recognize text so you don’t have to write “1 Bed 1 Bath” under Unit Type every time you start a new property (perhaps if that could be set up in Options?!?!).
Finally I recommend the product.
