Pretty but missing key features

This is a good app for quickly evaluating a property. The interface is easy to use. Also, the reports look great. I paid for both the Mac and iPhone edition. Sadly, you cannot sync between the two. That would be a step in the right direction for this app. Looks like other reviewers asked for this feature with no success. That’s unfortunate. I’d prefer and export/import feature for the Mac and iPhone/iPad editions. It would be helpful to manipulate the data in a spreadsheet. Depending on the implementation, an export/import feature would also enable users to sync and/or backup their property data easily. Until such features exists, I don’t recommend buying more than one copy of this program.
