This app has helped me tremendously in analyzing potential real estate deals!

Ive used the app for four months now and only have one suggestion: there should be a way to specifically indicate the length of time needed for "Term Loan Payments" in the Expense Category. Currently the default length of time is the same as the mortgage term (e.g., 20 years, 30 years) and if a term loan is shorter its difficult to accurately reflect that in the analaysis and reports.
