This App

I am closing on a multifamily double right now. I was able to use this app to do everything I wanted to track all cost for this purchase. Plumbing inspection, Property inspection, colsong cost, flood insurance, loan down payment, mortgage rate, appraisal, taxes, insurance, ect. everything. i can only say it is a great app. I recomend it to everyone who really wants to invest in property and know what its going to cost.
Also asked like 5 questions and they responded in less than 24 hours to every question. Support was from the developer himself.
