Must have if you invest in multi-family

I spent over $10,000 tryingto develop proprietary software to analyze multi-family property and this thing does more, and with ore accuracy, than when I ended up with. I use the REIA spreadsheets if I want to get really detailed, but I always use this software fot my first blush analysis. It is accurate and spits out an excelletn, professional presentation.
i have the ipad version and the iphone one as well. When I’m walking though a building I’m thinking of buying I just start plugging in the numbers.
