Great Tool!

I have nothing negative to say, no suggestions. I use this program on a weekly basis and have been doing so for a couple of years now. I use it to show investors and homeowners what a real esate investment looks like on paper. I sell homes in Scottsdale and Phoenix and our market has been all over the place the past 10 years. It is great to be able to see on paper how a buy and hold investment strategy can pay off well even through less than desirable market conditions. This is simply a simple and great program with good reports. I would recommend it as high as any program I have as a Realtor.
