Very Good app

I help clients launch and operate real estate investment porfolios involving residential, multi-family and office buildings. I have been using this app for over two years and I can tell you that it has more features and a simple, intuitive and easy-to-use interface than other apps in the market. The reports look professional and really help me get the message through to clients, partners and lenders. I toggle between iPhone and Mac when versions, and one feature I would like to see is the ability to save and retrieve properties in multiple devices. Other than that, this app is a great tool and I use it all the time for my properties and those of my investors.
