This app is amazing!

This app is amazing just what I wanted totally worth the 50 bucks. Ive been a mac user since the dawn of time, Im sooooo happy I dont have to do the work for my business on PC. I am an investor based in Atlanta Ga, and I typically work with cash buyers. I was a little unsure if this program would be able to help me because I rarely calculate martgages but there is a way to disable the mortgage feature and get your calculations based on cash purchases. I contacted them and within minutes (literally) I got an email on how to do it. Thanks!
