Great App, Missing Net Profit

Has net cash flow per property, which is the most important number when doing your analysis.
But also needs net profit under the net performance category.
Ie. Operating Profit Less Interest Payments = Net Profit (amount that you would pay income tax on at end of year).

Nice job, great app for prelim due diligence.
I recommend that novices pay special attention to the net cash flow.
