Finally a property investment tool made specifically for the Mac! This is a powerful, elegant and easy to use, must have, if you are making any real estate deals!

The reports are logicaly laid out and have all the metrics I can think of needing.

I enjoy running different what if scenarios and PE makes it super easy and fast!

PE makes it easy to share lighting quick analysis with my partners.

PE pays for itself with the first property.

PE has already helped me find under performing properties, just by running the portfolio report!!!

The support is phenomenal. I have had no issues with PE, I did want to offer some ideas and suggestions for future versions, so I sent an email and it was responded to by a real person.
