If you are an investor, this is the best real estate evaluation app available. Super simple and intuitive to use. Ive been using the iPhone, iPad and now iMac versions. This App simply works. Its beautifully designed. I use it to store property info and to run what-if scenarios. It can do very simple quick financial and purchase analyses, or you can plug in extra data and do very complex ones on multi-unit rental properties. It allows you to run various purchase scenarios, mortgage scenarios, and it does a financial analysis of flip, buy & hold strategies, etc. with graphs and spreadsheets. It prepares nice reports and income projections with nice financials that are suitable for convincing conventional and hard money lenders. This software is a no brainer. Easily worth the price.
