Good Stuff

The program coder emailed me right away and said that there was a bug in the 3.9 version and it will be fixed in the version which should be released shortly. That immediate response alone made change my review to 4 stars.

Update*
At first glance the program is and looks awesome. But after 5 minutes of use Ive found that its full of bugs and glitches. I couldnt add different units to a property, it wouldnt let me shut down the program. More of a pain than a benefit. I want a refund. Take your money elsewhere until the bugs/glitches are fixed.
