Professional RE evaluations

I use the property evaluator to quikcly determine investor return for residential and multi-res property acquisitions. I have zero complaints so far. Its been a great tool as I can evaluate each property very quickly and input pictures for investor presentations. I currently use it on my mac and Ill probably get the iphone app as well so i can use it in the field. Im not sure if the two sync with each other (i can access previous properties in the list)…if not that would be a good feature.
