Missing just a few features

I love this app. It does some great calculations to help you become a better investor. I just wish it was working in the cloud so I could share the data between computers, iphone and ipads. I would also love to automatically get data from zillow so I can get an idea of the right purchase and rental prices in the area I plan to buy properties. The last one would be to color code ratios. I want my cap rate to show in red if this is not a great rate. Great job anyway, I highly recommend it.
