Just what I was looking for.

I gladly trashed the excel spreadsheets as soon as I picked up this app! It was everything I needed and very simple interface. The only thing I can suggest is being able to remove the 1st & 2nd mortgage fields on the property data. Most of my transactions are cash or IRA so there is no financing 90% of the time. Can’t wait to see future updates and features.
